An Official 5 Cent Score Card for the New York National League game at the POLO GROUNDS during the 1940 Season. This card was used for a Game between the New York Giants and the Cincinnati Reds for a June 22 game at the Polo Grounds. Giant players in the line up were Ott, Moore, Young and Whitehead. Lohrman was the Starting Pitcher for the Giants.  Players for the Reds included: Werber, Frey, Lombardi and Joost. The scorecard has been filled in with the play of the game. The Reds won by the score of 3-1. There is writing on the front cover and in the program, and the program is in fine condition. There are lots of great ads in this 12 page score card.
