    1957 Chattanooga Lookouts vs. Nashville Volunteers Program
    Engel Stadium, undated, pre-printed lineups, unscored
    20 pages, very good condition.
    There are two creases across the program, and the covers are detached from the bottom staple.  The program is clean and the interior pages are bound tightly and are intact.
    1957 Chattanooga Lookouts program -
    The Lookouts were the Washington Senators' Class AA Southern Association, and they sports a pair of heavy hitters in their lineup in 1957.  Future Hall of Famer Harmon Killebrew was a 21-year-old prospect, and Bob Allison another future Senator and Twin was playing in the outfield.  There were several other future big leaguers in the lineup.  The Nashville Volunteers were the opponents in this game, the Reds AA farm club, and they also had a few future big leaguers as well as a former star for the Reds and Phillies, player-manager Dick Sisler.
    The program has photos of many of the Chattanooga players, including a very youthful Killebrew.
    Nashville's scheduled lineup - Don Nicholas, Larry Taylor, Sisler, Stan Palys, George Schmees, Charley Grant, Dutch Dotterer and Phil Shartzer.
    The Lookouts starters - Ernie Oravetz, Glen Zimmerman, Killebrew, Jesse Levan, Stan Roseboro, Allison, Waldo Gonzalez and Moose Morton.
