The item is wrapped in plastic bubble wrap and has no damage.
The box shows signs of old water damage/stains.

Vintage 1990s Liberty Falls Americana Collector's Edition.  Perfect for Christmas, dollhouse or model train displays.  "N" scale model house is approximately 2.5" to 3" around and high.  All sculptures are in excellent new condition exactly the way they came from the store -- intact with no dings, scratches, or accidents.  They are all hand painted so no two are identical.  You get the original box, packing material, and literature.  Some boxes and literature may have some shelf wear, stains, or missing labels.  They are from my mother’s collection.  I listed them as NEW as they have never been out of their boxes except for inspection.  This is an exceptionally good price for these NEVER USED sculptures in original boxes with FREE SHIPPING.
