We recommend the use of wristbands with these hand grips. Grips sold in pairs. Sizing is different from grip to grip. Please make sure you're ordering the correct size for your grip! To find your correct size, measure your hand in inches, from the wrist to the base of the fingers and refer to our sizing chart.
