Cowboy With Saddle White Chalk Resin Material Large Vintage Marked Figurine

Up for your consideration is this lovely vintage white chalk resin cowboy figurine. The figurine is a cowboy posing with his saddle at his feet. I am unclear of the type of material this figurine is made up of. It feels like a rough chalk or some type of resin. The figure is marked on the back edge it looks like has a circle with a (c) in it and then CA. Creative not 100 percent sure. The figurine measures 10" tall x 7" long x 4 1/2" wide. I see no chips or cracks.
