Description

A heavy-weight nylon belt over a foam rubber case and covered with 604D nylon polyester.
The lines have hooks for easy holding and control of the gymnast.
Heavy-weight D-rings and swivel clips make it easy to assist and control gymnastic activity.
A must for spotting and a must for teaching.
Nylon guide lines on each side are 5 feet long with grip loops and are included.
These belts are not to be  attached to ceiling  or above apparatus.
Belts must be used with protective padding.
Because the belt is not  attached to the ceiling the student can do tricks down the mat with the teacher running beside them.
A great tool to teach back bend, spider walk, front limber, front walkover, front changing walkover, back walkover, back changing walkover, nip up, snap down back handspring, aerials and many others.
You can also teach round-off back handspring with the belt. You can spot this with one spotter two is better.
Student stands on the end of the mat with a spotter on each side.
IF THE STUDENT STARTS THE ROUND-OFF WITH THE LEFT HAND
Take the nylon guide line that is hooked the belt on the right side across students waist in front to the spotter on the left side. Take the nylon guide line that is hooked the belt on the left side across students waist in back to the spotter on the right side.
As you run down the mat the student does the round-off the guide lines will unwind.
When the student lands on both feet from the round-off they will be facing the opposite direction and in position to be spotted for the back handspring.
IF THE STUDENT STARTS THE ROUND-OFF WITH THE RIGHT HAND REVERSE IT.
