Hand Carved Wood American Indian Head Sculpture on Volcanic Rock Base Signed

This item to me is in great condition, It is an absolutely gorgeous carving that was done very well. As always we ask that you check all photos carefully for condition issues/damage for yourself to determine condition of the item before purchasing this item. This piece of artwork would be great on display as part of a collection, or to give as a gift. There is a signature on the back of the piece I cannot make out the signature but I believe there is a date that says 5/03. The piece has been drilled into and a metal post place in the wood and a hole has been drilled into the rock base (which I am not a rock expert I believe it is some type of volcanic rock but that is a guess not in anyway trying to be untruthful if it is not) the metal post has been glued into the rock as well. I do not know the type of wood it is carved out of. The approx. measurements of this item are L3.25''xW5.5''xH12''.
