    Description

This is the July 15, 1973 California Angels at Detroit Tigers program for the game Nolan Ryan  pitched his second no hitter of his career. The program is scored but scored in the original owner's own style. Scored neatly in blue ink. The California Angels are scored normally while the Detroit Tigers are scored by each player only having his strikeouts recorded which was 17 for the game. Ryan and Jim Perry stats are written under the regular players. The original owner knew it was a memorable game as he wrote information at the top  and wrote it was 2nd no hitter of the 1973 season for Nolan Ryan. He noted Attendance was 41,411 and time of game was 2:31.  He wrote 33 At Bat for Angels and 27 at Bat for Tigers which would not be accurate as Tigers had 4 walks that day.  He notes how many LOB were that game also. Faint cover wear and program measures 10 by 7 inches. Nice original item.
