The balance beam is 5 inches from the floor to the top of the beam and will allow you to add higher braces in the future.
The beam is 4 inches wide and 6 feet long. Made with wood, 3/8 inch padding and wrapped with a synthetic tan suede.
The design includes 4 inch X 12 inch low profile solid cross braces with round edges for safety. This item is stocked and boxed and ready for shipping today.
Professional protective mat should be used with this product to help reduce the chance of injury. We also make and sell mats to place under the balance beam for additional safety.
Why Suede? We use synthetic suede instead of vinyl to give the look and feel that young gymnasts will see in competitions and in the gyms.
