Pair Cowboy/Girl Wood Figurines
Both in full western attire
hand painted by the artist
8 1/2 inches tall not including the straw hats
I'm guessing from the straw in the hats and the hair these were carved in the 40's-60's.
The artist's initials are on the cowgirl's beltbuckle and the initials MT for Montana are on the cowboy's belt buckle.
Vintage attic stored condition, the only issue is the rubber cement they used to glue the hats on is a little weak, but still holds the hats on the hair.
The hair seems to be rabbit fur.
