This acceptance letter is printed on genuine parchment paper and comes with a list of school supplies, in addition to a ticket for the train (now printed on card-stock!). Complete with a real wax seal for authenticity, the envelope is HANDCRAFTED with care and precision.

Please enter the following details inside the personalisation box above;

If I'm only given a name, I'll presume you want the name with Harry Potter's address.
This will be posted to you, NOT the personalised address. If you would like the item sent to the same address please ensure you amend your delivery address.
All of your items will arrive in a non-descript board backed envelope to ensure the gift recipient doesn't know the contents. The letter can then be presented to them at your leisure.

Letter Details: Albus is (sadly) no longer headmaster and so your letter will still be from Professor McGonagall but as headmistress, unless otherwise requested.
Your letter will be fully addressed to the witch or wizard of your choice on the envelope.
The addressee line on the body of the letter will also be personalized with their name.
The "Term begins/Owl response dates at the bottom of the letter can be optionally changed as well. Otherwise, the default Sept 1 and Jul 31st will remain.
Your choice of black or deep green font (note: wizard school logo/ letterheads/ and signature block will remain in black font).
PLEASE include the entire address for the wizard envelope in the same format as the provided example.
If only name is entered but address is left blank, I will add the default Privet Drive address.
The personalized envelope when sealed is 3.5”X6”.
The ink train ticket is 2.5"X4". The gold train ticket is 2.5"X4.5"
NOTE: Unless explicitly requested, your order will be sent to the "Ship To:" address on your EBay account NOT the personalized envelope address.
BULK ORDER: For larger orders of 10 items or more, please allow an additional 1-2 days for order processing.
RETURN POLICY:
This item is made to order and SALES ARE FINAL unless cancelled within 24 hours.
After 24 hour window, no replacements or refunds will be issued.
(Note: Within reason, changes to your order such as item upgrades, gift wrapping add-ons, change of address, and purchase of additional shipping, are still possible after the 24 hour cancellation window. But please inform me of any desired changes asap or they may not be possible depending on order stage of production).
PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER?
In the event that your package is missing items/entirely is lost in the mail, or visibly damaged upon arrival, or the personalization is not as requested, please message me.
If your shipment is marked as "delivered" by the carrier's tracking information but not found:
- Please check with neighboring residents in case it was delivered to the wrong door.
- Kindly wait another day or two for the item. On rare occasions, the package is accidentally scanned for delivery ahead of time.
- Lastly, call your local post office for more information.
